To satisfy client needs and expectations by managing the planning, co-ordination and delivery of large and/or complex projects and programs within the terms of the project management service agreements and obligations.‍

Job Description
Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Under the direction of the Business Manager / Project Director:

  • Proactively andindependently manage project scope, time, cost, quality, human resources,communications, risk, procurement and integration to achieve client and projectobjectives.
  • Provide mentoring toassistant project managers and project managers.
  • Lead and manageproject stakeholders including, but not limited to, the client, statutoryauthorities, consultants, contractors and end-users.
  • Exhibit strong verbaland written communication skills, evidenced by authoritative meetings managementand structured and informative reports, minutes and the like.
  • Actively undertakeand support marketing and business development by writing proposals /submissions, nurturing and maintaining external relationships and generallypromoting the Company’s brand both internally to other businesses and externally.
  • Ensure that allreasonable efforts are made in the management and delivery of projects toensure that projects and tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Be familiar with and utilisethe Company’s systems and processes.
  • Undertake approvedcontinuing professional development.
  • Carry out additionalproject management duties as required.
  • Comply with theprocedures and policies laid down by the Company from time to time.

Professional Profile
Qualification / Experience
Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline with minimum 8 years’ project management experience.
